Sandra Mason, a resident of Guilderland, NY, has been in the real estate business since the early 1980s. She specializes in residential new construction homes and takes her time to get to know what clients are looking for in a newly constructed home.

Sandy attained her Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) designation in 1990, and her Certified New Home Sales Professional designation (CSP) in 2007. Additionally, she is a multi-million dollar producer and has won numerous awards for excellence in sales. Sandy has also managed new construction projects from start to completion overseeing each step along the way. In the past she has also recruited and trained real estate sales agents.

Sandy is involved with several community efforts including Ronald McDonald House Charities, local community theatre groups, and various fund drives. She also is a consistent supporter of public radio and television.
