Scott Varley, of Saratoga Springs, NY, has always loved real estate. In fact, his favorite game growing up was Monopoly, and today his favorite game is still real estate.
Graduating with a degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, Scott\'s dream of managing hotels changed to selling homes in the Capital District and making other people\'s dreams come true.
In more than 20 years of marketing homes, he has grown a sales/marketing team of over 15 people, and consistently sets sales records and wins real estate awards. Since opening for business in 1989, The Scott Varley Team has enjoyed over $250 billion in real estate sales. In 2009 alone, The Scott Varley Team produced more than $48 million in sales.
Also in 2009, Scott Varley launched The Scott Varley Commercial Group and added several commercial sales agents to his team. It has proved to be very successful and was a natural extension to his residential sales success.
Additionally, Scott has been awarded the “Top Realtor of New York’s Capital Region” for the past five consecutive years. He is also ranked in the “Top Half Percent” of all realtors in the United States, and 70th nationwide on The Wall Street Journal’s list of top performers selling over $300 million.
Scott and his professional team of sales agents truly love what they do. They are passionate about matching people to a home and/or business property that is “right” for them, and find real estate extremely rewarding and satisfying.
In his spare time, Scott enjoys singing in barbershop quartets, meditating, traveling, and spending time near the ocean.
