Joan Purtell

Joan Purtell is a veteran in the real estate industry, and her experience is an asset to The Scott Varley Group. In addition to her expertise, her professionalism and integrity guarantee her clients a successful real estate experience.

Developing Century 21 in the 1980s and, later, Master Gallery Realty, Inc. in the 1990s, Joan understands the real estate industry as both a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and as a former real estate agency owner. She has worked alongside some of the most prominent names of the industry, and uses an approach to real estate that has proven to be very successful.

She has expertise in both commercial and investment real estate, as she was mentored by the Upstate New York Appraisal Institute’s President, WM. S. Hafner.

Additionally, she is a Certified Commercial Investment Member. Her coursework has given her additional leverage to help secure exceptional deals for her clients.
